DESCRIPTION
Annually, millions of bags are mishandled due to various reasons, affecting passengers and obliging airlines to compensate. Following an extensive study, our team developed a conceptual solution addressing these concerns. Our model combines a digital bag tag, checkpoint scanners, displays, RFID technology, and an application, focusing on stakeholder needs, aiming to minimize errors and refine the baggage handling ecosystem comprehensively.
